Custom steel staircases

We manufacture steel staircases to the exact parameters of your project. We offer solutions for both interior and exterior applications where stability, safety and long service life of the structure are key. Each staircase is designed and manufactured in accordance with current standards to meet your technical and spatial requirements.
Types of staircases
We manufacture several basic types of structures:
- Straight staircases: Ideal for large spaces where maximum walking comfort and easy maintenance are required.
- Staircase with intermediate landing: Solutions for situations where a change in walking direction or bridging a significant height difference is required.
- Spiral staircases: Economical use of space, suitable for attics, technical floors or outdoor access routes.
- Emergency and fire stairs: Structures meeting strict stability and strength requirements, often with anti-corrosion treatment for extreme conditions.
Materials and surface treatment
The basic structure is manufactured from S235 or S355 steel, depending on load-bearing capacity and loading. The surface treatment is selected according to the environment in which the staircase will be operated.
- Hot-dip galvanising according to EN ISO 1461: The most durable protection against corrosion, suitable for exteriors and aggressive environments.
- Powder coating: An aesthetic solution for interiors or exteriors with lower corrosion resistance requirements.
Treads and railings
We supply stair treads in several versions:
- Steel grating: Open grating, anti-slip, allows water and snow to pass through, ideal for outdoor areas and emergency staircases.
- Chequer plate: Full anti-slip sheeting: nothing slips through, easy maintenance.
- Wood or glass: Optional finish for interior staircases to enhance aesthetics.
Handrails are always included in the supply. We manufacture them from steel tubes or sheets, with fittings according to your preferences.
Fabrication and installation
All structures are manufactured in accordance with EN 1090-2, execution class EXC2. We ensure quality control and provide the certificate of conformity. Delivery is carried out either to site only or with complete on-site assembly. The delivery and assembly dates will be specified in the price offer after project approval.
Customer-supplied documentation
To prepare a quote, we only need basic dimensions (height, length, width) and ideally a photo of the installation site. You do not need to have finished technical drawings. Based on your data, we will prepare the technical documentation and drawing for your approval.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does production take? Standard production takes several weeks; the specific date will be confirmed in the quotation. For complex structures with hot-dip galvanising, the lead time may be longer.
Can you carry out installation in hard-to-reach areas? Yes, our installation teams are accustomed to working in various conditions. However, we need to inspect the site beforehand or receive detailed information about access.
What if the dimensions do not fit after delivery? We address this issue proactively. Before production, we always approve detailed drawings and dimensioned schemes. If an error occurs on our part, we will repair or replace the structure.
