Metalworking and custom fabrication
We manufacture custom steel structures and welded assemblies according to submitted drawings or 3D models. We focus on one-off and small-batch production, where dimensional accuracy and compliance with the customer's technical requirements are key. We operate in accordance with standard EN 1090-2 (EXC2) and welding processes per ISO 3834.
Range and Applications
We supply a complete range of locksmithing products, including:
- Custom weldments: Fabrication to drawing, load-bearing elements, machine frames and bases.
- Gates and doors: Welded structures for industrial and residential buildings.
- Steel gratings and ladders: Including ladders with safety baskets in accordance with current standards.
- Anchor elements: Anchors, base plates and accessories for installing plant and machinery.
Technological process
Production takes place in our own facilities with the following range of operations:
- Cutting: By laser, plasma or waterjet, depending on the required precision.
- Bending and shaping: Industrial bending of sheet metal and profiles.
- Welding: Manual and robotic welding (MAG, TIG). Joint inspection in accordance with ISO 3834.
- Surface treatment: Sandblasting, grinding, coating with epoxy or polyurethane paints. Upon customer request, we perform hot-dip galvanising in accordance with EN ISO 1461.
Supply and installation
We supply structures either as finished components for self-assembly or as a complete package including on-site installation. The delivery date and price will be specified in an individual offer after reviewing the technical documentation.
Frequently Asked Questions
What drawings are required for production? We accept DXF, DWG, PDF or 3D files (STEP, IGES). If you do not have drawings, we will prepare a design based on dimensions and a functional description.
What is the minimum production batch size? We work with one-off production. The minimum order is one piece; small batches are processed without a setup surcharge.
Do you provide surface treatment? Yes. We standardly supply structures with anti-corrosion treatment. Hot-dip galvanising or special coating systems are carried out according to specification.
