Prefabricated steel buildings and canopies
We manufacture load-bearing steel structures for warehouses, production halls and shelters. We supply complete frames, purlins and supplementary elements according to specifications. We work in accordance with current standards and ensure full material traceability.
Scope of supply and structural elements
Our offer includes load-bearing frames, purlins, girts, stiffeners and accessories. We design structures to meet the static requirements of the specific building. Cladding (sandwich panels, sheet metal, metal roofing) is supplied by agreement with the client. If you do not have ready project documentation, we will arrange its preparation or modification of existing materials. Production is carried out in accordance with standard EN 1090-2 in execution class EXC2. Each delivery includes a Declaration of Performance (DoP) and certificates for weld joint testing.
Material and surface treatment
We use steel profiles according to ČSN EN 10025-2 (S235, S355). Surface treatment is carried out according to customer requirements. We standardly offer hot-dip galvanising in accordance with EN ISO 1461, which ensures long-term protection against corrosion. Paint protection with prior degreasing and rust removal is also possible. The choice of surface treatment is discussed taking into account the environment in which the structure will be operated.
Delivery and installation
We ensure transport of structures to the construction site. Transport is carried out using our own vehicles or contracted carriers. Installation is performed by our own team. Our experienced team of fitters handles frame assembly, purlin installation and cladding fitting. Installation proceeds in accordance with technological procedures and safety regulations. Delivery and installation dates will be specified in the offer following approval of the project documentation.
Frequently Asked Questions
What documentation is required to prepare a quotation? We only need the basic hall dimensions, height, location (for snow and wind zones), and requirements for openings. If you do not have a project, we can arrange its preparation.
How long does production take? Production time depends on the scope of the order and current production workload. We will provide an estimated date after approval of the documentation.
Do you also provide servicing and maintenance? Yes, after installation is complete we provide warranty and post-warranty service. If needed, we will inspect joints, repair damage or adjust the structure.
